Privacy Notice of GDPR Register

GDPR Register OÜ (“we,” or “us”) is providing GDPR Register service that is available on website and related websites. This Privacy Notice describes the information that we gather on the service, how we use and disclose such information.

The GDPR Register is a business to business service (B2B). We merely collect the data of company (legal person). Furthermore, to provide our services, we collect phone number, address, billing information, e-mail address of the company. 

When you are creating an account, you may provide, and we may collect some personal data. Examples of personal data include name, email address, mobile phone number and credit card or other billing information. We expect that such personal data is related to the company to whom the account is created. However, if this data is not related to the company legal basis for processing personal data is primarily that the processing is necessary for providing the service. You can delete or change your personal data in account management section. We hold such data as long you are subscribed to our service.

General Data Protection Regulation requires companies to keep an internal record, which contains the information of all personal data processing activities carried out by the company. However, this does not mean that companies must record detailed information about each data process including the names and contact details of the data subject. Therefore, in the GDPR Register service itself, no personal data is processed.

The GDPR Register services may be performed using equipment or facilities located within the territory of European Union. GDPR Register will maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of your data. Your data is accessible only by you and we do not provide any data to third party. 

Please note, that the requests of Data Inspectorate regarding the Data Processing activities shall be implemented by you. We are providing you a simple tool how to manage such requests.

GDPR Register is using Chargbee ( as a subscription billing service provider for managing billing for GDPR Register customers. Chargebee is a PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 provider.

GDPR Register will use your e-mail address to send newsletters if you have given us permission on our website. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, please click the “Unsubscribe” link attached to the footer of email.
